Never miss an order
The tablet rings until someone hears it.
- Plays through silent mode and Do Not Disturb
- Wakes the screen on every alert, even locked
- Keeps running through screen-off and reboots
Online ordering / direct to guest
Pickup, delivery, reservations and catering on the website you already own. Your name stays on the order, your customer stays in your list, and every payout goes straight to your bank.
Built on the infrastructure trusted by millions of businesses.
Card data and PCI compliance are handled by Stripe - never by us.
Why order direct
Ordering software usually rents you access to your own business. This does the opposite.
Every order carries a name, an email and a phone number into your dashboard, where you can filter it and export it. Run your own promotions, send your own email, win back your own regulars.
Guests order on your domain, in your colors, under your name. No other logo anywhere in the flow, and nobody is shown a different restaurant on the way out.
Payments run through your own Stripe account and settle into your own bank on your own schedule. We are never in the middle holding your takings.
No contract, no setup fee and no monthly fee. Cancel from the dashboard whenever you want.
Three steps
If you can paste a link, you can be taking orders.
Categories, photos, sizes and modifiers in a visual editor. No spreadsheets, and we build the first version with you rather than handing you a blank page.
Paste two lines of HTML and an ordering button appears on your existing site - Wix, WordPress, Squarespace or hand-built.
Plug in the tablet and your printer. The moment an order lands the tablet rings and the kitchen ticket prints itself.

On the screen above the counter
PE Streaming turns a TV into a digital menu board. Pair a screen with the code it shows you and it starts playing boards built from the dine-in menu you already keep in Panda Eats. Change a price on the dashboard and the board follows.
Your categories and dishes, laid out to be read from across the room, paging through on a timer.
A board of its own for the things you want noticed today.
The offers you are already running, in front of the people already in the room.
Built to be left alone. It keeps itself awake and on screen, reconnects on its own when the internet drops, and picks up a menu change within about half a minute. It is a display and nothing else: it takes no orders, holds no customer details, and accepts no payments.
The screens are free. There is no separate charge and nothing extra per TV - the 7% you already pay on orders covers this too.
Pricing
Everything you need to take an order is included, and you are only charged on the orders you actually take.

A marketplace commission already has card processing inside it, so the Panda Eats row adds Stripe's 2.9% + $0.30 per order on top of our 7% and the rows compare like for like. Commission rates vary by region, by tier and by whether the app delivers the order, so treat these as the usual range rather than anyone's quoted price. Yours may be higher or lower.
Nothing else sits underneath those two numbers - no monthly fee, no setup fee and no contract.
Start freeAccepting online payments requires your own Stripe account - free to create and connected in a few minutes during setup. Stripe securely processes each payment and pays out directly to your bank. The flat 7% of your order subtotal is applied automatically through Stripe and is not returned if you later refund the order. Stripe's own processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30 per successful charge is separate and is paid to Stripe; international cards and currency conversion cost more, per Stripe's published rates.
Questions, answered
Yes - Wix, WordPress, Squarespace, GoDaddy, or a hand-built site. You paste two lines of HTML once and an ordering button appears. No rebuild, no new domain, no developer.
A flat 7% of the order subtotal, collected through Stripe when an online order is paid. No monthly fee, no setup fee, no contract. Stripe's own 2.9% + $0.30 for processing the card is separate and goes to Stripe. Our fee is not returned if you later refund the customer.
Yes, and it is the part we care most about. We do not market to your customers and we do not sell the list.
We provide a tablet, and if you already have an Android tablet you would rather use, the app runs on that instead. It finds your thermal printer automatically and works with virtually any 80mm ESC/POS printer, which is probably the one already on your counter.
An Android TV, or a streaming stick running Android 7.1 or later, plugged into a TV you already have. Install PE Streaming on it from Google Play, enter the 4-character code it shows into your dashboard, and it starts playing boards from your dine-in menu. There is no account to create on the TV and nothing else to type with the remote, and no charge for the screens beyond the 7% on orders. On a Fire TV, install it from the Amazon Appstore instead.
Yes - switch on any mix of pickup, delivery, reservations and catering, each with its own hours and rules.
Of course, and plenty of owners do. Keep them for discovery if they work for you. Panda Eats is where the guests who already know you can order direct, so more of that order stays with you and their details come to you rather than to somebody else.
Stripe handles card security and PCI compliance, the same system used by millions of businesses worldwide.
The tablet keeps working even if your internet hiccups and shows its connection status at a glance, so you are never guessing. If you need a human, support is a message away, and onboarding help is included when you start.
Yes - there is no setup fee and no monthly fee, so there is nothing at risk. If it is not working for you, cancel anytime from the dashboard with no penalty.
No setup fee, no contract, cancel anytime. You keep the website, the domain and the register you already have.
